How to Hang Wallpaper in 5 Simple Steps!
You probably have measured your wall size before ordering the wallpaper and if not, then measure them now. By doing this, you’ll know how much wallpaper you need for your room. Below is the list of everything that you’ll need to do to get gorgeous wallpapered walls.

Pre Preparations:
The prep work includes cleaning of walls and removal of any dust, dirt, and cobwebs. Just make sure that walls are clean then only they’re ready for applying wallpapers. If there are nails, hooks, or screws, remove them with pliers. Also, it is advised to fill all the holes and gaps with a filler. There are many cheap ready-mixed tubes available at the DIY stores; you can use them. Don’t forget to sand down all the holes before putting up the wallpaper.
Instruction For Wallpapering
Step 1: Prime the Walls
Once you’re done smoothening your walls, it’s time to apply a base color. It is advised to use paint or primer that matches your wallpaper. In that way, it won’t look noticeable in case any seams are visible. Some people do use an oil-based primer or an acrylic primer to seal the walls, followed by a coat of wallpaper primer. Apply each section carefully so that each piece is hung straight and level. You can also use a 6-foot level to get accurate measurements. Remember, you’ll have to repeat this process for each new wall.
Step 4: Smooth the Surface and Continue
After your wallpaper is up on the wallpaper, take a roller or soft-bristle wallpaper brush and start smoothening. Be very careful not to push too hard and squeeze out the glue or adhesive underneath. Keep doing the same procedure to hang the other remaining pieces.
Step 5: Trim Away and Seal the Wall Covering
